A child-friendly fitness space for moms.
Move, reconnect, have fun and grow stronger in a community that makes room for you — and the realities of motherhood.
Move it. Own it. Model it.™
You don’t have to leave motherhood at the door to make room for you.
SoulShape was created around a simple belief: caring for yourself and honoring your role as a mom don’t have to compete.
-
Here, you’re invited to reconnect with yourself, build strength, and move at a pace that honors where you are.
-
Come with your children when it works for you and enjoy fun moments of bonding.
Come on your own when that’s what you need.
Either way, there is room for you.
-
Because when a mom is given space to care for what’s within her, the impact can reach beyond her — into her relationships, her home, and what her children learn by watching her live.
This is your invitation to move, have fun, connect and grow.
-
Move alongside other moms in an encouraging, non-intimidating environment.
Come Move With Us.

Find strength through the Word and community — with the flexibility to come as you are and move at your own pace.
More than movement.
SoulShape is built on the belief that how we care for ourselves can reach beyond ourselves.
As moms, we have extraordinary influence. When we make room for our own strength, wellbeing and growth, our children have an opportunity to witness what it looks like to care for what we’ve been given.

Meet Adaora
FOUNDER • MOVEMENT GUIDE & STEWARDSHIP ADVOCATE
Adaora Cobb created SoulShape from her own experience of motherhood and a desire to help remove barriers that too often make movement and self-care harder for moms — one where moms could care for themselves without separating that care from the realities of motherhood.
Based in Greater Hartford, Connecticut, Adaora is a wife, mother of two, certified personal trainer, and professional model of more than 20 years. She brings a deep appreciation for movement, wellbeing, community and the power of example to her desire to create spaces where people feel welcomed, affirmed, and free to grow.
Ready to Move?
SoulShape is creating a space for moms to move, grow, and care for what they’ve been given—without leaving motherhood at the door.
